Team Members are so very important because they help make each sale the perfect place for families to find great deals on items they need. Starting in 2021, Waukesha JBF is moving to an employee model for help at the sales. Team Member applications will be available online starting April 15th.

Team Members help with everything from set up, inspection, organizing, helping shoppers, and breaking down the event.

DROP OFF

Monday, June 8th (2pm - 8pm)

Here's How it Works:

1. CLICK HERE to select your drop off day/time. No one will be able to drop off their items unless they are scheduled for that day and entry time.

2. Prep, price and organize your stuff at home to bring to the Waukesha Expo Center Forum Building (west entrance doors 10)

3. Bring your Car Seat & Crib Waivers (if applicable) and one tagged item into the building.

4. Check in at the table located inside.

5. Bring all your items into the building.

6. Clothes are put on the racks by gender and size. A limited number of rolling racks are available INSIDE ONLY to help get clothing items on the sales floor. For sizes newborn-8, shirts go on the top racks and pants on the bottom. Dresses go on the top racks.

7. Toys, books, shoes, and accessories should be put on the tables in the 'toy room'.

8. Items are inspected after they are dropped off. Any rejected items are pulled and kept in a secure location until pick up when they are returned to consignors. If more than 10 items are pulled from the sales floor, the consignor will need to go through inspection at their next sale.

9. Please allow at least one hour for drop off. We must be out of the building by 9 pm so plan accordingly.

10. Watch your sales grow with REAL-TIME updates.

PICK UP

Sunday, June 13th (3pm - 6pm)

You have a choice! You may donate your unsold items to our charity partners to distribute to families in the community OR pick up your items. We recommend bringing a wagon, laundry baskets or totes to take your items home. Plan approximately 30 minutes for pick up.

PICK UP SCHEDULE (first letter of your consignor #)

• A-E     3:00pm
• F-J      3:30pm
• K-O     4:00pm
• P-T     4:30pm
• U-Z     5:00pm

Here's How it Works:

1. If you mark your items "donate" you're DONE. You do nothing except feel awesome about helping needy families and you will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

2. If you're picking up your unsold items after the sale, come to the Waukesha Expo Center Forum Building during your scheduled pick-up time.

3. Check in and we will direct you accordingly. If you are not available to pick up during the designated times, please ask a family member or friend to pick your items up for you.

4. You will need to check the clothing racks and tables in the toy room for your items by consignor number. Also be sure to check the "lost tags" area to see if any of those items belong to you.

5. Bring the paper copies of your consignor number that is with your items.

6. Drop off your paperwork at the check out desk.

ALL items remaining at 6pm will be donated to our charity partners. Sorry, no exceptions.
